Here’s how Gill Systems handles information when you visit this website, contact Bob or book a call.
What you share
When you submit a request, we receive your name, contact details and the information you provide about what you need. We use it to respond, prepare for your call and provide the services you request. Your request reaches Bob even if you don’t schedule a call.
Please don’t include passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in the form or email.
Services we use
Google provides the contact form, email, scheduling and website fonts. GoDaddy hosts the website and may collect basic connection information, such as your IP address and browser type. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. The optional “Add me to your contacts” link opens Sitch, a separate service.
Gill Systems uses Google Analytics to understand site visits, popular pages and the actions that lead people to get in touch. Google may receive browser, device and connection information and may use cookies for this purpose. Advertising personalization signals are disabled. We use the reports to improve the website and measure outreach; form answers and appointment details are not sent to Analytics.
Appointment details are private; public availability does not show your name or request.
Keeping your information
Temporary form records are normally cleared after seven days, or after an outstanding email delivery is resolved. Reminder records are normally cleared about a day after your appointment or when cancellation is detected. Emails and calendar entries are kept separately and aren’t automatically deleted on that schedule.
